* Doll makeup is done manually, so there may be differences from promotional photos, asymmetry or object differences.

* Dolls are custom-made, so it is not possible to cancel or change them after checking the deposit, so please order carefully.

* To prevent shipping accidents or confusion during the transfer process, we will not allow you to change your address, such as transfer whose name changes, other than due to moving.

* For dark-colored skins, esteemed marks or putting lines such as gate removal may be noticeable.

Please note that this is not a defect in the manufacturing process.

* Color may vary depending on the type and performance of the monitor.

* Accessories, eyeballs, costumes, and props in the picture are not included in the basic configuration.
